Reservations

There is a 2-night minimum stay for Holidays, School breaks, and Summer.

A 50% deposit is required during the Holiday, School breaks, and Summer Season for new clients and clients that have been with us less than 2 years.

Holiday, School breaks, and Summer Reservations must be cancelled with a minimum of 7 days prior to check-in date. If we are not given the required 7-day notice of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited for new clients or clients that have been with us less than 2 years. Regular clients will be billed 10% of total reservation if cancelled after 7-day notice.

Vaccines

All pets boarded at Chateau Animal Hospital must be current on vaccinations. For the safety of all our guests we require proof of current vaccinations by a licensed veterinarian.

Canines: DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), Rabies, Bordatella (Kennel Cough), and Canine Influenza

Felines: FVRCP (Feline Distemper), FeLV and Rabies
