Directions to Chateau Animal Hospital:

Chateau Animal Hospital is located in the Vineyards Shopping Plaza next to Publix and Allstate. Our clinic borders Hall, Gwinnett, Jackson, and Barrow counties.

From I-85 N travel to Exit 126. Veer right off the interstate and take the first left on Hwy 211. Follow the signs to Chateau Elan Winery and Resort. We are across the street from Chateau Elan next to Allstate Insurance.  Please refer to our map listed under "Contact Us" tab.

Our clinic may look small, but we have over 3000 square feet of operational space.

For Hamilton Mill residents, we are about 7 to 10 minutes away. Take Hwy 124 North to Hwy 211. Take a left on Hwy 211.

For Buford and Mall of Georgia residents, we are about 10-15 minutes away. Take I-85 North to Exit 126.
